Welcome to the @Hreod Room at Nova Hreod.
This is the 'hands-on' learning activity room within Nova Hreod, and will provide the 'whizz-bang' elements of the curriculum. Facilities are fully bookable for use by all/any classes from Nova Hreod College; all/any classes from our partner schools, and also will be bookable by any designated community group either inside or outside of the normal curriculum time.
Nova Hreod College is an accredited BCS centre. We offer ECDL levels 1 & 2 for students and staff. ECDL is an industry recognised IT qualification that covers the use of ICT and the Office package. Exams are carried out within the @Hreod Room using on-line testing facilities, which give the students instant results. To find out more about the ECDL qualification click here!

Computing for Beginners
This 8 week community course will teach you the basics of using a computer, creating Word processed documents, searching the www, and using email.
