The Nova Hreod network is a private system and is to be used only by staff, students, and authorised persons. It is a criminal offence under the ‘misuse of computer act 1990’ to attempt to ‘log on’ using another persons name, with or without their consent.

Interference with other users’ workstations will result in your user account being suspended.

By clicking the OK button you are accepting responsibility for any wilful damage caused to the workstation, and will be expected to pay any costs involved with its repair. You must report any damage at the beginning of the lesson before you press the OK button.

Any student using the Internet inappropriately, accessing sites not related to their work, downloading music files, or using email without the teacher's permission will have their Internet access suspended. Further inappropriate use of the computer will lead to your user account being suspended until the Head has spoken to your parents.

THIS INCLUDES ANY SEND COMMUNICATION BETWEEN USERS.
